At Peaches and Petals, we understand the importance of your personal information. We ensure that we comply with this obligation, to you (our valued customers).
When you submit information to Peaches and Petals by creating an account, purchasing one of our products, or by sending us an email, we collect that information and use it for the purposes of providing you with information or advice about our goods and/or services, and for processing an order by you for our goods and/or services. Specifically, we require your name, street address, email address, phone number and method of payment details in order to complete an order for said goods and/or services.
We shall only disclose your personal information to third parties where the disclosure is necessary and directly related to the purposes set out above - such as our financial institution to process your order, shipping carrier, etc. We shall not give our customer lists to third parties for promotions independent of Peaches and Petals. You do not have to provide us with the information requested; however, we will be unable to process your order should you be unwilling to do so.
To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals/promotions, we do send emails about promotions and newly listed items. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act 2003, we shall only send you emails with your prior consent and shall be happy to remove you from our mailing list should you no longer wish to receive our promotional information. To remove yourself, please click the “Safe Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email. Please note that transactional emails will still send if you are concerned about an order you have placed with us. Shipping charges are clearly displayed on the site as well as within your cart prior to purchase. The shipping charges displayed are for shipment via FedEx Ground, FedEx Smart Post, or USPS (mostly FedEx Smart Post). We will choose the shipping service that best suits your order. If for some reason you need your order expedited, you can contact us here and place a request for this to happen. It may be possible (or not), and if it is, you will be charged for the additional postage of expedited shipping. Shipping is non-refundable.
When you place an order, we ask that you provide a shipping address for your order. This address must be verifiable by BOTH FedEx and USPS. If you think there is something wrong with the address you provided (such as a typo, old address, wrong zip code, etc.), please contact us ASAP here so we can correct the issue prior to the shipment of your order. We are not responsible for parcels that are shipped to an address that was incorrectly provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address and we are unable to reach you to clarify the issue in a timely manner, you will be refunded for the order at 75% due to a restocking fee. As previously stated, shipping is non-refundable. If a notice is left for pick-up at the address that was provided by the customer and the item is unclaimed after the time standards set by your local parcel carrier's office, the item will be returned to us as "Unclaimed". If this happens, you will be refunded for the order at 75% due to a restocking fee (shipping is still non-refundable)
We ship to all 50 states plus Washington, DC addresses. Shipping charges are included in your monthly box subscription fee except Alaska & Hawaii. We currently do not ship to APO military addresses or US Territories.
Each month's box will encompass all who are billed between the 16th of the prior month to the 15th of the consecutive month - for example, a December Box will be shipped for all subscriptions billed during the days from the 16th of November til the 15th of December. If you are unsure of what month's box you will receive, please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our team members will be able to help!
Our shipping cycles are three times a month and follow the billing schedule based on when your box was billed:
All orders billed between the 16th - 25th will ship around the 2nd
All orders billed between the 26th - 5th will ship around the 12th
All orders billed between the 6th - 15th will ship around the 22nd
Delivery methods vary between carriers and their services. We use Fedex, UPS, their multi-levels of services, and USPS as well.
Shop items will ship inside your next billed box unless otherwise specified. Reward redemption items ship in your next billed box, and are maxed at 2 items per box.
We are not responsible for any delays due to carrier issues, weather, etc.
Issues with a Shipment
We are not responsible for items that have been shipped to an address that was incorrectly provided by you, have been stolen, or have been lost by the parcel carrier. In the unlikely event of your parcel was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible here, and we can review the issue further. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment and credit appropriately. All orders placed on Peaches and Petals are subject to the terms of our shipping policy.

If you have an existing subscription to the magazine, your subscription will be extended for an additional year. Each magazine is valued at $9.
