It’s simple, once you subscribe, each month, we’ll ship you a box full of curated items. Each box is different from month to month, yet full of surprises. All subscription lengths are auto-renewing.

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS: Monthly, 3-Months, 6-Months, 12-Months

NOTE: If you cancel a multi-month subscription at any point, all remaining boxes will still ship as scheduled.

We love trying out new things! Each month’s box will be a surprise of fun goodies based on a theme. These items might be products you would have walked past in a store, but once you receive them you fall in love! Our items fit mainly in the lifestyle category, but occasionally you’ll receive beauty and fashion products.

Our team hand-selects and curates each box based on a theme each month that gives you a hint of what's to come. Items range from books to help you cook to bath products to help you relax. You may receive home decor items to help brighten your day or single use items that allow you to try something new! Occasionally you'll receive jewelry or beauty products, but everything is sure to put a smile on your face! We can promise you, that we personally LOVE the items we send!

Each box will contain 3-6 items and some months we may feel super excited and throw in an additional item!

Oh no! We do everything we can to make sure this is a good experience for you, but unfortunately, we don't offer a refund for boxes that have been billed. We also don't accept returns as well, since the time, energy, and costs associated with curating your box has been performed.

As for canceling your subscription, that's simple. Just log into your "My account" page and you will see "Manage My Subscriptions" on the left.

Find the subscription you want to cancel and click "cancel". You'll then be directed to a new page. Please let us know a reason by selecting from the drop down menu. Once a reason is selected, a cancel button will appear. We'd loved to hear your feedback and for a chance to win you back!

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your box, however, many items are available only for that specific month's box. Give us a call and we'd love a chance to find a comparable replacement.

We use only the information you provide and what we collect from your purchasing history to provide you with the most relevant products in the future. If you think that you are not receiving any emails from us (order confirmation email, support emails, etc. please contact us at support@jamminbutter.com - you might have entered your email incorrectly, however, one of our support team will be able to find you in our order system)

We ship to all 50 states plus Washington, DC adresses. Shipping charges are included in your monthly box subscription fee except Alaska & Hawaii. We currently do not ship to APO military addresses or US Territories.

Each month's box will encompass all who are billed between the 16th of the prior month to the 15th of the consecutive month - for example, a December Box will be shipped for all subscriptions billed during the days from the 16th of November til the 15th of December. If you are unsure of what month's box you will receive, please shoot us an email at support@jamminbutter.com, and one of our team members will be able to help!

We ship all boxes around the 21st of the month. Delivery methods vary between carriers and their services. We use Fedex, UPS, their multi-levels of services, and USPS as well.

Shop items will ship inside your next billed box unless otherwise specified. Reward redemption items ship in your next billed box, and are maxed at 2 items per box.

BILLING: Your subscription box is billed on the same day of the month every month. We can not change what day you are billed based on the first initial purchase, however, you can modify what day you would like your subscription billed by visiting your "My Account" page, and finding "Manage My Subscription" link. Please note: If you change the date you are billed, it may affect which ship cycle you will enter, or in some cases, a skip on the consecutive month's box. If you have questions about this, please contact us at support@jamminbutter.com.

REFUND: Due to the nature of the curated boxes each month, We are not able to cancel or refund orders that have been billed or shipped.

RETURN: Again, unfortunately, due to the nature of the curated boxes, we do not allow returns of merchandise shipped and received. If an item arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to replace the item(s) or send a comparable item, if the damaged item is no longer available.

If you ordered a gift subscription, all boxes in your subscription (one month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) will be shipped to the same address you provided when order was placed.

Gift subscriptions can not be canceled after it has been ordered. Returns are not acceptable.

All gift subscriptions follow the same shipment cycles as other boxes. If you you notice you have made a mistake with the address, or subscription frequency, or have additional questions, please contact us at support@jamminbutter.com, and we'll be more than happy to assist in your gift subscription purchase. Gift subscriptions are NOT recurring and will NOT be billed once the subscription length (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) is expired.
